We are professionally trained chefs with more than 30 years of experience creating delicious, nourishing food in the kitchens of a variety of venues including resorts, spas, restaurants and private catering. We offer an innovative culinary style characterized by fresh, local ingredients that are tastefully presented. We seek out the best and most healthful ingredients in order to highlight where the food comes from and how it reflects the season.  Colette’s menu features items that change daily and themes that change seasonally.
